My interests span technology, business, and lifestyle journalism, as well as memoir, autobiographical fiction, and the personal essay in book publishing. I have many years of freelancing and formal and informal study in a wide range of genres and formats that have enhanced my understanding and skills as a researcher, editor and writer. 

 

Leading authors and creative writing teachers mentored me in degree programs and continuing education settings. I have helped individuals and emerging talent develop articles and book proposals that have reached publication, and I have aspirations to develop some of my own ideas for similar markets based on my personal and professional experience.
